Here are the teams’ favourite reviews of the last couple of weeks: ‘Lovely surroundings, smart displays, friendly enthusiastic staff. Experienced, thorough Opticians, very understanding and patient, trustworthy. The staff seem to know at a glance which model of glasses will suit you, are careful to gently suggest their thoughts and discuss your needs and see the job through to the end very successfully. Impressive, helpful, friendly service with a community feel. The staff have a buzz about them which makes you feel very welcome.’ ‘The staff at Keyes are fantastic, from the first day I walked in to make an appointment to leaving with my first reading glasses, they couldn't have been more lovely or helpful. 100% recommend for their knowledge, friendliness and customer care! Karen, the optometrist, puts you immediately at ease and explains everything so well. Toni and Olivia were so good in helping me choose my first ever reading glasses, knew exactly what would suit me and there was so much choice. 5 star all round, it was a lovely experience from start to finish and I love my new specs! Thank you!’ ‘Excellent optician. We have been with them for years and always receive a thorough examination from Karen and lots of attention and advice from colleagues in reception.’ If you feel able, please search “Keyes Eyecare Reviews” on Google, or scan this QR code. Thank You! E Latest Reviews Back in June we were invited by Ørgreen Optics to Copenhagen for a studio tour. We were able to explore on our first day, taking in the architecture and ambience of the city which was wonderful. Our second day consisted of a trip to the Ørgreen studios, where we were introduced to the tight knit team, followed the process of designing a frame and were given a demo of how the frames are made. Our entire range of Ørgreen frames are handmade in Japan so it was very interesting to learn of the meticulous steps that are involved in crafting them. There were several workshops, allowing us a better understanding of how the frames are put together and therefore the best ways to adjust them. We had a wonderful boat trip around the canals which afforded us a new perspective on Copenhagen, and we finished off with dinner in a Michelin star restaurant! The hospitality shown to us by Ørgeen was second to none and the insight that we have learned has been invaluable. We very much look forward to sharing this with you all.
