Lovely surroundings, smart displays, friendly enthusiastic staff. Experienced, thorough Opticians, very understanding and patient, trustworthy. The staff seem to know at a glance which model of glasses will suit you, are careful to gently suggest their thoughts and discuss your needs and see the job through to the end very successfully. Impressive, helpful, friendly service with a community feel. The staff have a buzz about them which makes you feel very welcome.

The entire team is incredible at Keyes. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. I visited recently to have some bespoke sunglasses made with a colour precision tint. Olivia, Caroline and Karen were so friendly and made me feel ‘at home’. When Olivia was helping me to choose the right frames, she closely observed my reaction to each option and narrowed the selection down based on my conscious and unconscious reactions. It meant the right pair was chosen so comfortably and the whole process a joy. In fact I still cannot believe how easy and enjoyable it was. They also ensured a more specialist lens was sourced to help with visual stress and the results have been outstanding. Everything from their approach, to their specialist knowledge and bespoke customer approach, makes them the best.
