"When Andrew and I started the practice in 2002, with 6 month old baby sleeping under the reception desk, we had a vision of creating a place where the whole staff team would thrive and all the staff would love coming to work. Having a happy workplace was nearly as important to us as having a practice where we could make a real difference in our patients' lives!

Louise is also a counsellor, running www.newcastlecounselling.co.uk where she specialises in helping people with anxiety and stress. As an ex-dentist, she has a particular interest in helping those who are anxious about dental treatment.
